I have waited weeks beyond the expected delivery date to receive a package I dont believe was ever sent. I was given a tracking number that upon further investigation by fedex was for a shipment sent to a completely different state and when I’ve asked the seller to provide confirmation of signature to receive package I’m given the same bogus tracking number. I’ve not been able to receive a response now for over a week from the seller and my request for refund was denied so in lack of better terms I got screwed.

My son love it so much that now I’m buying my daughter one. Also the customer service is great, even after the bike delivery the communication and customer service skills still continued to be great. When it’s time for them to upgrade guess who’s getting my business. These guys !
